Mr Hafeez Iqbal:
Mr. Hafeez Iqbal has over three decades of experience with Pfizer, the world's largest Pharma company. He has been closely involved with a number of important strategic initiatives in the areas of HR, Marketing, Organizational restructuring including M&As and Business Effectiveness.
As Director, Field Force Development, he has led a 25 member Learning and Development team which contributed significantly towards making Pfizer India as the best ranked Pharma sales team- perceived as a benchmark by the industry.
Notable amongst these are the Pfizer Leaders Academy, the Legends Program, the Career Development Program and the Cultural Integration intervention during the two mergers with Warner Lambert and Pharmacia. These were not only appreciated in India but also globally.
Accolades include the Golden Peacock National Training Award, the ISTD National Award for Innovative Training Practices and the PC Quest Award for the E- learning initiative Optilearn.
Mr. Hafeez has been certified in globally reputed programs such as Situational Leadership, Applied Strategic Thinking, Targeted Selection Interviewing, Leading Edge, 8 Step Coaching and several others. Starting with a Bachelor's degree in Science, his professional qualifications include a Leadership Development Program for Directors at IIM, Ahmedabad, Certificate course in Marketing from Columbia Business School, several Leadership Development Programs at Pfizer New York, Sales Management Development Program at ASCI, Hyderabad.
Traveled extensively across US, UK, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia in connection with international seminars and developmental assignments, he is often invited as a speaker at various Management Institutes and Seminars.
Mr. Hafeez is visiting faculty at NMIMS University School of Business. He has taught Human Resources at SP Jain's Global MBA program in Dubai and at Singapore. He has conducted a faculty development seminar on "Student Engagement", which has also been published. He is invited as a member on the Board of Studies at NMIMS for MBA and PGDHR programs and on the Panel of Experts for the selection process of MBA students.
