Mr Sandeep Narang:
A chemical engineer from IIT Kharagpur and PGDMM from Symbiosis, Pune, Mr Sandeep Narang is presently working as MD and CEO in Snowcem Paints Pvt Ltd., a leading exterior paints company.
He has served earlier as Assistant Vice President at SWAL Corporation Ltd., a Shaw Wallace group company and as Operations and Sales Manager in ICI Paints.
He has over 23 years of experience in Manufacturing, Safety, Sales and Marketing in varied industries such as fine chemicals, paints and agrochemicals. His special area of interest has been in turning around under performing companies. Other interests include reading and photography. Mr Narang is a highly intelligent human being and also a highly successful professional in his chosen field. Within a short span of time he has climbed the corporate ladder swiftly and competently. Mr. Yogeshwar Vashishtha (M.Tech- IIT Roorkee)-
Mr. Vashishtha has 20 years of experience in the corporate sector. He was the Chief Geologist at Skanska Cementation Worldwide and then the Executive Director of Aakruti Constructions Ltd. He is now the Managing Director of Pathfinders Financial Approach Pvt. Ltd.
Mr Vashishtha is a highly respected individual and specializes in his area of expertise. He has handled many projects for the company he has worked for from scratch and brought it to completion. He has handled teams of experts under him and knows the essence of leadership. He understands corporate level and business level strategies. He is also a keen learner of what happens at the ground/functional level while executing these strategies.
